POSTAGE
Dispatch
Domestic and International orders are shipped via Australia Post and are normally dispatched within 10 business days of order placement.
Domestic Postage Options
AusPOST Parcel Post: 1-3 business days for Sydney Metropolitan, 3 – 5 business days for interstate ex. NSW.
AusPOST Express Post Parcel: Next business day delivery once dispatched within the Express Post Network, Sydney Metropolitan.
International Postage Options
International orders and postage on request.

Customs
If you are placing an international order you may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies and import duties vary from country to country so we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Export Restrictions
None of the Unbutton products are currently subject to any export restrictions.
Delays/Lost Deliveries.
We aim for customers to receive their orders as quickly as possible, however we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays once your order has left Unbutton studio.
To provide you the best possible service, all domestic postal services are trackable. We are only able to track international orders sent via insured airmail. Delivery of orders sent by standard airmail are subsequently reliant on overseas postal services.
